How RxVarta handles the email address you share when you request early access. Last updated 19 July 2026.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect the email address you enter and a short label for where on the site you submitted it (for example, the hero form or the early-access section). To keep the form safe from abuse, our servers also briefly process your IP address for rate limiting.
Why we collect it
We use your email to tell you when RxVarta is ready, to invite you to early access, and to answer any questions you send us. We do not use it for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your email address. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists. Patient consultation data never touches this form. That data stays on the doctor's device and is never uploaded to our servers.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored securely with our hosting provider, Vercel, who process the data on our behalf. We limit access to the people who need it to run the early-access program.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while the early-access program is active. If you ask us to remove it, we delete it promptly and stop contacting you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the email we hold for you at any time. Every message we send also includes a way to opt out. To make a request, email us at varad@rxvarta.com.
